Shipping & delivery
Everything is made, bottled and packed by hand in Oranjestad, then shipped from Aruba. That is the whole reason freight costs what it does, and we would rather tell you here than at checkout.
10–14 days
The island’s own postal service, and much the better value of the two. It is not fast, and tracking is basic once the parcel leaves Aruba, but for most orders it is the sensible choice. The sauce keeps perfectly well.
2–4 days
Door to door with full tracking the whole way. It is the expensive option, and we are straight about that: express freight out of Aruba carries a premium we cannot negotiate away at our volume.
The price on each pack is the delivered price. Post Aruba postage and import duties are already inside it, so nothing is added at checkout and nothing is owed on arrival.
Online orders ship as packs of 3, 4, 6 or 12 big 16.5 oz bottles, filled with the sauces you choose. Postage starts at two kilos whether the box is full or not, so a single bottle would cost more to send than to buy. The bigger the pack, the less you pay per bottle. Only DHL Express costs extra, and only if you choose it.
Almost anywhere in the world, the USA first among them. Pick your country on the shop and every pack is priced to your door.
Paid by us on Post Aruba parcels and already in the pack price, so there is nothing to pay when it arrives.
Orders are packed by hand, usually within a few working days of payment clearing. You get the tracking number the day the parcel goes.
Pallet and case freight is quoted separately and works out far cheaper per bottle. Ask for a quote.
