Shipping & delivery
Everything is made, bottled and packed by hand in Oranjestad, then shipped from Aruba. That is the whole reason freight costs what it does, and we would rather tell you here than at checkout.
10–14 days
The island’s own postal service, and much the better value of the two. It is not fast, and tracking is basic once the parcel leaves Aruba, but for most orders it is the sensible choice. The sauce keeps perfectly well.
2–4 days
Door to door with full tracking the whole way. It is the expensive option, and we are straight about that: express freight out of Aruba carries a premium we cannot negotiate away at our volume.
We do not add a handling margin to freight. The rate you see at checkout is quoted live from your own address and the real weight of your box, before you are asked to pay, and where the carrier cannot be reached, the page says the number is an estimate rather than pretending otherwise.
Ordering several bottles is far better value than ordering one. The box and the first kilo carry most of the cost, so a second and third bottle add very little.
The USA and Canada as standard, and much of Europe. If your country is not in the list at checkout, email us and we will quote it by hand.
Any import duty or local tax is set by your country and is not included in the price at checkout. For personal-sized orders it is usually nothing.
Orders are packed by hand, usually within a few working days of payment clearing. You get the tracking number the day the parcel goes.
Pallet and case freight is quoted separately and works out far cheaper per bottle. Ask for a quote.
