Aruba Heat Products, Amandelstraat 3-A, Oranjestad, Aruba. Prices are in United States dollars.

How an order works

Placing an order on this site records it. It is not charged at that moment: we confirm the order and send you a secure payment link, usually within one working day.

An order is only binding on us once we have confirmed it. If something is out of stock or we cannot ship to your address, we will tell you and nothing will be charged.

Prices shown for delivery abroad include postage and import duty. Nothing is added at the checkout and nothing is owed when the parcel arrives.

Delivery

Parcels leave Aruba by Post Aruba air parcel unless you choose DHL Express at the checkout.

Transit times shown on the site are the carrier's own estimates and are not guarantees. Customs can add time we do not control.

Single bottles are not sold for delivery outside Aruba. Postage is charged on the first two kilograms whether they are used or not, which makes a single bottle cost more to send than to buy.

Tours

A tour booking reserves a place; it is confirmed by us and paid by link. Places are limited to twelve a day.

Tell us at least 24 hours ahead if you cannot come and we will move or refund your place.

Food, allergies and heat

These are hot sauces. Some are extremely hot. Use them accordingly and keep them away from children.

Ingredients are listed on every bottle. If you have an allergy, read the label before eating, and tell us before a tasting.
