Mango-Glazed Shrimp Skewers for a Sunset Grill

Mix three tablespoons of Aruba Heat Mango with a tablespoon of lime juice and a tablespoon of oil. That is the glaze.
Toss peeled shrimp through half of it and leave them fifteen minutes, no longer: lime will start to cook them if you forget.
Thread onto skewers and grill hot, two minutes a side. Brush with the reserved glaze in the last thirty seconds so the sugars catch without blackening.
Serve with rice and something cold. The mango sauce is a 3 on our scale, so this is warm rather than punishing.
