Papaya Heat for Breakfast: Three Egg Ideas

Scrambled: fold a teaspoon through the eggs in the last few seconds off the heat, so it warms without cooking.
Fried: a line of it along the white, not over the yolk. The sweetness reads better against the salt of the egg than against the richness of the yolk.
Omelette: papaya sauce and soft cheese, nothing else. The fruit does the work that a tomato usually does.
Papaya is a 2.5 on our scale, which at breakfast is about right for most people.
